Patents
give a limited legal exclusive monopoly on an invention for a period of 20 years.
A patent license is an asset and extends rights to intellectual property. A license gives the right to use the patent, manufacture from the patent, or otherwise express the patent limited only by the license terms. Licenses are designed for automated acquisition and sale in the milliseconds range.

Future minimum.
Set this cost for any new licensee who wishes to acquire the license from your account. Set this as the minimum bid cost for license transfer. If a new licensee posts a transaction which meets your minimum cost, the license will be transfered at this cost.
If you do not wish to permit future transactions, set this number higher. The maximum cost is limited to ~10 trillion. If you wish to set a password, register a password URL and enter its ID number in the detailed view.
